Engaging live entertainment at the Sambuca Bar.
The cleaning in the room was subpar, and the balcony was NEVER cleaned during our stay. we faced issues with water supply. at times, we had salted water while showering, which was extremely frustrating. The staff failed to communicate that there would be extra charges for air conditioning, making our stay uncomfortable without a cooling option during the hot summer nights.

oh, where do I start? the air conditioning is extra, and it's a joke trying to cool the room in this heat. also, don’t expect internet inside — I had to stand in the hallway! with those low standards, I definitely expected a complimentary upgrade or even a bottle of water at check-in, yet here we are. almost left a good review, but I just couldn't!

We stayed in a Deluxe Double room and it was super comfortable! The bed was really cozy and the space was bright and airy. We had a lovely balcony to chill on too. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which gave it a nice touch. Plus, the daily cleaning service kept the place feeling fresh. Just wish there was a bit more wardrobe space, but we made it work! a great atmosphere in the room!
